Factory Clearance

Following the removal and sale of plant and machinery assets many clients require the factory to be cleared of all remaining items including certain parts of the facility’s infrastructure. Jackson Philips provide a turnkey solution to all aspects of our instruction to ensure that the factory is cleared of non saleable items such as wood, metal, confidential company papers, chemicals and other hazardous materials. Leaving the site in a clean and safe state for hand over to the landlord or to be in a position to sell or let the premises to other parties.

All sensitive materials are disposed of by qualified registered disposal companies.
